Comments: This four-blade lock-back Congress is simply the finest Barry Davis knife I have ever seen. It has stunning antique Tortoise scales backed with gold foil for brilliance. The scales are secured with gold pins and trimmed with a frame of gold at each bolster.

Two release tabs are finished in gold, which sets off the rope filed back spring perfectly. The liners are elegantly filed and there is even a solid gold toothpick!
